"Recently I had been working with Hear.com with some of their hearing aids. We were sharing a Zoom call for consultation, which they claimed would be top notch information. "The staff is wonderful! Heather, Bridget and Patrick are amazing. Heather gets back to us right away and answers all of our questions. We met Bridget at a fair at the YMCA and she helped us decide where to get hearing aids when were frustrated with the ones we had. Patrick has spent so much time with my mother. He is patient and knowledgeable and offers us unlimited support, which is exactly what we needed. He spends time explaining everything in detail. We never feel rushed. We are so grateful that we are at Hearing aid Consultants in Cortland."
